Purpose Statement:
Discovery Church seeks to nurture an intergenerational community that fosters our core principles of hope, growth, beauty, and connectivity to those who are most in need through thoughtful and intentional design of multi-purposeful facilities and programs.

Throughout our year-long search for a partnering developer and interview process, Element Properties, a Boulder based company, proved to be an aligned partner who had extensive qualifications completing affordable housing developments along the Front Range, a remarkable history in working with churches, experience serving the demographics we are hoping to serve, and a willingness to work collaboratively with our Land Use Planning Team and Elder Board to take the next steps of the design and planning processes to fruition.
We know that this is a big step forward for this project, and also a step that still is years out from shovels in the ground.
